We will provide an exchange or store credit for full-priced items only when all of the following criteria are met:
- Item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels still intact
- Item has not been worn, washed or damaged
- We are notified within 48 hours upon your receipt of the item
- Item is sent back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt
- Item is received by us within 10 days from the date of receipt
