I’d like to talk to someone; can I place my order over the phone?
Of course! If you prefer to place your order over the phone, call us at our store 647.350.2442 during our operating hours Mon-Sat 12:00PM to 8:00PM and Sun 12:00PM to 7:00PM. Have the style name, including the size and colour you wish to order. And of course, your credit card info!
I placed an order online; how do I check the status?
If you would like to check the status of your order, keep an eye out for an email! Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided us at checkout. Once you have your package’s tracking number, click here to access our shipping partner's tracking page. Copy and paste your order number into the displayed “Tracking ID” box to access all of the information you need.
If you need to change or cancel an order (oh no!) contact us immediately at 647.350.2442 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We process orders quickly, but we will attempt to accommodate your request.
I guess you’d like me to pay; what payment methods do you accept?
Sure would! We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Open an account? Why?
You do not need to open an account to place an order. Creating an account just means the next time you place an order (and we know you will!) it will be a quicker process. As well, it will allow you to keep items in your shopping cart so you can return to them easily for your next order! Set up “My Account” here.
Tell me about shipping
Good news! Shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping charges may vary for orders under $75 depending on your location in Canada and beyond.
Orders are shipped via FedEx.
Orders are processed and shipped promptly. You will receive a Confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will send you a Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, you can track the status of your package here.
We do not ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes.
We ship to Canada, the US, and the rest of the world!
It’s not quite right; I need to return or exchange an item.
No problem. We accept returns on full-priced merchandise for an exchange or store credit. We do not do refunds.
Sale items are final sale*.
Just follow these steps:
- Notify us within 48 hrs upon receipt of the item.
- Return the item within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- Ensure the item has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Return the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
*Final Sale Items:
- We do not provide refunds for final sale items.
- For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on personal items such as lingerie, bodysuits and swimwear.
- Return shipping is your responsibility.
If you would like, you may return the item in person to our store at 632 Yonge St. Toronto Ontario M4Y1Z8 for exchange or credit note. You just might find something else you’d like!
A little problem with my order; now what?
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we really do apologize! In the unlikely event you have an issue with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will sure try to make it right!
